PRACTICE EXPERIENCE:
Maximo Enriquez III is currently involved in both the litigation and corporate practice of the firm.
Mr. Enriquez's experience covers civil, criminal and administrative cases. Of particular significance is his extensive exposure to labor, corporate rehabilitation, land registration and family law cases. He has also handled cases involving medical malpractice and libel, and has assisted and represented clients in proceedings before the Bureau of Immigration, Intellectual Property Office, National Telecommunications Office and Department of Environment and Natural Resources, among others. With respect to his corporate practice, Mr. Enriquez has drafted and reviewed various engineering, construction

| and procurement contracts for a water concessionaire and a major power company. He has played key roles in the conduct of due diligence relative to the bidding, acquisition and privatization of various hydroelectric and geothermal power plants. |
