PRACTICE EXPERIENCE:
Anna Michelle Llovido has exposure and experience in handling various and complex legal issues concerning a major water concessionaire, including corporate rehabilitation and water rate adjustments, as well as disputes on water rates and tax issues.
Ms. Llovido is involved in both litigation and corporate matters. In litigation, she represents clients in family law cases of annulment and declaration of nullity of marriages and civil and criminal cases before the lower and appellate courts. She also represents clients before the Intellectual Property Office in cases involving applications and violations of intellectual property rights. In corporate matters, Ms. Llovido has assisted in the documentation of general corporate and shareholder transactions.

She also participates in the drafting and review of various local and international business agreements for a major water concessionaire as well as for an online gaming company. She also represents clients in the application for tax treaty relief and in securing ruling and opinions from the Bureau of Internal Revenue.
Ms. Llovido is currently assisting in the implementation of the capital restructuring of a major water concessionaire.
